This notice is to inform the community that there will be ongoing grounds and maintenance projects taking place within the community.

Due to the damage being caused by termite infested trees, roots that have grown wild beneath the surface causing serious damage to infrastructure surrounding the pool, over the next coming week, the trees will be removed and re-planting will be conducted.  
 
This project is a necessary maintenance  to protect the safety of persons accessing the pool and also the surrounding environment.
