Dear Jolly Harbour Community, We hope this message finds you well. Recently it was brought to our attention via the yacht community there seems to be raw sewage in the water in the anchorage area by North Beach. Our maintenance guy has investigated this situation and has found no sewage flowing from the channel. He also investigated any possible problems related to our sewage system and the lift stations. He again found no problems or leakage from our system. We have been in touch with the marina and the yacht representative on these findings. We’ve asked that they contact the boats in this area and remind them to not discharge effluent into the water. Our team will continue to monitor the situation from our system. We’ve asked the marina folks to do the same for the boats. |
