Dear homeowners, Last night we experienced a power outage due to a failed high voltage cable or power transformer on our ring main system. Both are now isolated, this was totally beyond our control in Jolly Harbour. This issue has/had nothing to do with the power generation. The fault tripped even APUA Intermittent outage had to be done in order to find and isolate the fault area. Last night We were able to service All properties in Jolly Harbour with power. The generators are fully operational. We will continue our detail investigation into this technical issue.
