Please note that this meeting is for property owners only and external guests will not be permitted to attend. This will be an in-person meeting, as intellectual property belonging to the developers will be disclosed; the replication and distribution of which cannot be managed in a virtual forum.
We wish to assure property owners who are unable to attend this session, however, that another meeting will be held in November to build on the topics discussed. Additionally, minutes will be distributed to property owners following the meeting. Please click here to confirm your attendance in advance, which will be verified on arrival.
Should you have questions or topics that you would like to have addressed during the meeting, you are encouraged to submit them when confirming your attendance. We will do our best to address the most relevant topics within the allotted time.
Meeting Material As a reminder, the 2022 Community Charge budget is available for viewing in the property owner area of the website. The reserve study has been conducted and results are pending. We will aim to add it to the property owner section of the website in advance of the meeting. Meeting Procedures and Conduct
- Property owners will be asked to check in on arrival and staff will verify their attendance against the pre-registered list.
- The meeting will be conducted in accordance with the Government’s Covid-19 protocol:
- Seating will be arranged to ensure social distancing
- Temperatures will be taken on arrival
- Hand sanitizer will be provided
- Video and audio recordings are prohibited
