Dear Jolly Harbour Property Owners
 
CDAL would like to address the question of whether discounts will be extended to homeowners during the present pandemic.
 
APUA is offering a reduction of 20% on utilities and no disconnections for three (3) months to their residents and homeowners. CDAL does not qualify for this offer. We are presently seen as a corporate customer and as such we are required to settle our accounts every month without exceptions. We are still liable for disconnections if our accounts are not kept up to date. 
 
Please note that CDAL’s March utility bills received from APUA were approximately $597K. Receipts from customers for the month of April have decreased by 50%. April utilities are in the process of being prepared to be sent out to homeowners next week.
 
We cannot financially support consumption with non-payers within the community. Therefore, customers are still required to keep their accounts up to date to prevent any interruptions of utilities supplied to the community.
 
Please note that disconnections for accounts with past due balances will commence on Friday 24th April at 7am.
