Please be advised that based on the APUA press release dated 18th January 2021 attached, instructing the public that they would discontinue the covid relief effective from the 1st February 2021, the CDAL rates were changed accordingly.

It was determined that APUA did not revert to the pre-covid price rates.
As such, a credit for the difference will be applied to your account for the upcoming March utilities.
