Updated Pass Procedures

To Jolly Harbour Homeowners

As a follow-up to our notice sent yesterday, we are pleased to let you know that we are continuing with the issuing of security passes. Following is the procedure to be followed:

  1. All request for passes are to be sent by the homeowner to

    Please include the following:
    Full name as it should be on the pass.
    A copy of a photo ID of the pass holder.
    Vehicle number, if applicable.
    Reason for needing a pass, if the person is not a homeowner. Telephone number of pass holder.

  2. Each security pass costs EC$25.00. Payment can be made by utilizing the drop-box outside the Commercial Center office or by completing a credit card authorization form and submitting same to the e-mail address above. Please note, for security reasons, only cheques should be left in the drop-box and should be in a properly labelled envelope.

  3. Security passes will be done twice weekly. Once passes are completed and payment has been received, they will then be left at the security booth closest to your Finger. You will be notified via e-mail when your pass is ready for pickup. Please note that you will be required to sign to uplift your passes.

  4. The new deadline for security passes will be April 15th, after which entry will be denied to those without a security pass. In order to be allowed entry, those persons will have to be collected at the gate by someone who has a pass.

  5. Security will register the names and license plate of the non-pass holder under the pass holder’s name. Pass holders must take full responsibility for the visitor.
