Dear Jolly Harbour Community
 
As part of our response to the COVID-19 pandemic, CDAL has implemented the following with immediate effect:

  1. In order to limit person-to-person contact, the office at the Commercial Centre will be open on Tuesdays and Fridays only.  We will still be available via e-mail and telephone and urge you to utilize those means of communication before visiting the office.
     
  2. All face-to-face meetings in our Admin Office at Block 100 have been put on hold until further notice.  However, if it is an extremely important matter that cannot be resolved via e-mail or telephone, you are kindly asked to make an appointment before visiting the office.
  1. As a reminder, we urge our customers to make payments via the following:

  1. Passes:  All requests for Passes must be made by sending an e-mail with the pertinent details to [email protected].  We will acknowledge receipt of your e-mail and when the passes are ready, you will be notified.  Payment can be made when you uplift the passes.  This will lessen the number of in-person trips to the office.
